Baked Million Dollar Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 pound of spaghetti , cooked two minutes shy of directions & drained
- 1 pound ground beef or ground chicken, ground tuckey
- 1 meduim Onion, Chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- Kosher salt & pepper to taste
(1 used 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt & 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper )
- 6 cups Quick & Easy Marinara Sauce
( 1 or 2 jars)
Depening on how big your Casaroll Dish is
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- parsley chopped (optional as garnish
Instructions
- 1 preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 2 In a large skillet add the beef, chicken or tuckey, onions, garlic ,salt & pepper
into the pan & cook on high
- 3 Once browned turn off heat
drain the liquid in the pan
& mix in one cup of the marinara sauce
- 4 Add the cooked spaghetti to the remaining 5 cups of the Marinara sauce
& toss to combine
- 5 Mix the cream cheese & 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese in a bowl.
- 6 Add half the pasta/sauce mixture
- 7 Add the cream cheese mixture
& top with the remaining pasta/ sauce mixture
- 8 Add the meat sauce mixture
on the top of the pasta
top with remaining cup of mozzarella cheese
- 9 Cover & bake for 30 minutes.
- I myself put cookiesheet under my dish while cooking
- Uncover & bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted & bubbly
